1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of leadsleeve.com (the "Site") and any order you place with Lead Sleeve ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders & acceptance

All orders are an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. Wholesale and trade pricing is governed by separate terms agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. UK orders are typically dispatched via Royal Mail; international orders via tracked courier where available. See Global shipping for details.

5. Returns & refunds

UK and EU consumers have the right to cancel a standard order within 14 days of delivery under distance selling rules. Custom-printed, sublimated or personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 14 days of receipt.

6. Product use

Our sleeves and pet blanks are decorative accessories that fit over an existing lead, collar or harness. They are not safety equipment and must not be relied on for restraint, identification of working/assistance status, or any other safety-critical purpose. You are responsible for ensuring any artwork or wording you apply is legal, accurate and your own to use.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, images, logos and product designs, is owned by Lead Sleeve or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our content without our written permission. You retain ownership of any artwork you supply for printing but grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of producing your order.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or our products to upload, print or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that misrepresents an animal's working or assistance status. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these rules.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence applies.
