What sublimation blanks are
Sublimation blanks are uncoated or polyester-coated products designed to receive dye-sublimation prints. The dye converts to gas under heat and bonds with polyester fibres, producing vivid, permanent colour that won't peel, crack or fade like vinyl or screen print. Lead Sleeve's blanks use high-polyester face fabric engineered for repeatable, edge-to-edge colour at standard press temperatures.
