We provide numerous shapes and styles of lead sleeves, based on the most common retractable dog lead shapes, customer feedback, and fashion trends.

 Our Printed Sleeves are square in shape, and made from recycled plastic. Our unique design is versatile, waterproof and provides great value for money. With all Printed sleeves we also supply a hook & loop sticky velcro tab with your printed lead sleeve so that you can secure the sleeve to the case to ensure the best fit.

 Our Fashion Sleeves are round in shape and hand made from fabrics to create the best look for those wanting more luxury and to compliment other accessories. Our in-house designers continue to create collections based on the different retractable dog lead shapes to hit the market. We can also offer a bespoke custom service for customers wishing to design a one-off unique sleeve.

Our retractable dog lead sleeves are designed to easily fit around all standard retractable dog lead brands on the market.

 Please be sure to check the shape/brand and size of your dog lead before placing your order. You will need to measure the height, width and depth of your retractable case.

 For standard shaped retractable dog leads, both our Printed and Fashion Sleeves come in 5 sizes; XS, S, M, L, XL

 For specific brands and unusual lead shapes such as TUG, Fauna, Flexi Giant, we have designed a custom Fashion Sleeve to perfectly fit each size of lead, so simply check your lead size description.

Our Printed Sleeve is provided flat and once you click it together to form the square case you simple place your dog lead into the case, feeding through the tape/cord. Your Lead Sleeve will be supplied with a hook & loop sticky velcro tab so that you can secure the sleeve to the case for the best fit when closing the top of the lead sleeve case.

 Fashion Sleeves are provided ready for you to simply place your dog lead into the case feeding through the tape/cord. Simply close the top of the lead sleeve case and your ready to go.

If an item is out of stock and you are interested in knowing when it will be back in stock or would like to purchase, either select to be on the waiting list in the product page or please contact our support team and we will happily let you know the latest updates for out of stock items.

All of our products are sent in a letterboxable box, so they you don’t have to be in to receive your order.

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email, or phone on +44 0800 644 3319.

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, or a reference number so we can match it to you without this it may delay your refund.

At Lead Sleeve we hope that you are happy with your purchases. We take great care in dispatching goods to the highest quality, however we know that sometimes things can go wrong and you will need to may need to return an item. Please follow the following procedure: We would require an image to be emailed to us providing all damage caused. Please email this to info@leadsleeve.com. Make sure you include your reference number, a copy of your invoice and an image of the parcel you received it in. Our support team will then contact you to rectify the situation.

If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail standard mail and as such will be delivered with your normal post and this is not trackable unless you have selected Special Delivery Guaranteed where we will send you an automated email with the tracking number of your order. You can also find the tracking number on your order in My Account.

We use Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders. Lead Sleeve reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method. Express Delivery is available at check out if you need your order in a hurry.

All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail. Please note that we are unable to dispatch on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday. UK postage is included using Royal Mail 2nd Class, so please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day service is available for UK addresses, but you will need to be in to sign for this.

 If the items are not in stock, we will email you with an estimated delivery date when you place the order.

 For Europe please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. For worldwide up to 15 working days. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.

Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We always aim to despatch your order as soon as we receive this.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a no reply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain leadsleeve.com to your safe senders list.

We provide delivery to all worldwide destinations. Please check delivery charges at check out, and you will be responsible for any local taxes and custom charges.

All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service unless you have selected Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed service.

 Once you order has been processed you will receive an email from our team and within this email will be a link to your tracking information.

 This information is also available in the My Orders section of your Pet Mascot account. You will receive a notification with a 4 hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery.

We allow returns providing the items are unused and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us and we will begin the returns process for you. Please note any returns will need to be paid for by the customer. Once we receive the items and check everything is in order, we will fully refund your order. If the items are damaged for some reason on delivery or defective, please speak to our team who will gladly take care of the returns process for you.
